1. Registration and Team Formation:
   • Participants must register for the hackathon using the Foundance App.
   • Teams may be formed before or during the hackathon, as specified by the organizers.
   • Each team must designate a team leader as the primary point of contact.
   • Team needs to consist of at least 2 members
2. Theme and Challenges:
   • The hackathon may have a specific theme or set of challenges. Participants should align their projects with the provided guidelines (More information can be found on the hackathon page)
   • Participants are encouraged to be innovative and creative in developing their solutions.
3. Original Work:
   • Participants must create original work during the hackathon. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of others' work is strictly prohibited.
   • Participants should disclose any open-source or third-party components used in their projects.
4. Code of Conduct:
   • Participants must adhere to the specified code of conduct, treating all individuals with respect and fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
5. Intellectual Property:
   • Participants retain the intellectual property rights to their projects.
   • The organizers may request participants to provide a summary or demonstration of their project after the hackathon.
6. Timeframe:
   • The hackathon will have a specified timeframe for project development.
   • Participants must submit their projects within the given deadline. Late submissions may not be accepted.
7. Submission:
   • Participants must submit their projects through the designated submission process, as specified by the organizers.
   • Submissions should include all necessary documentation, code, and any additional requirements stated by the organizers.
8. Judging and Evaluation:
   • The projects will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on predetermined criteria.
9. Equipment and Resources:
   • Participants are responsible for providing their own equipment, including laptops, software, and any other necessary tools for development.
   • The organizers may provide access to specific resources or tools, as communicated prior to or during the hackathon.
10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
    • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the hackathon.
    • Projects or activities that violate any laws or regulations are not permitted.
11. Communication and Updates:
    • Participants must regularly check communications from the organizers for updates, announcements, and any changes to the hackathon schedule or rules.

12. Disqualification:
    • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant or team that violates the rules, code of conduct, or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
13. Organizers' Decision:
    • The organizers' decisions regarding any matters related to the hackathon, including rules, eligibility, judging, disqualification, or awards, are final.
